Centre Point contains six, two-story office buildings consisting of 200,000 sq.ft. located in Walnut Creek at the corner of Ygnacio Valley Road and Lennon Lane. Centre Point is sited to take advantage of the booming population growth along the northeast corridor of Walnut Creek. To make the most of the street level views, and preserve the character of this largely residential community, a parking garage was built below grade.
