Graham Development is pleased to announce that as of October 1, 2013 construction has begun on our new hotel in Tioga, North Dakota located at 2^nd Street S.E. and State Highway 40. The hotel is located on the west side of State Highway 40 and will be among the first buildings seen on the drive into Tioga from Highway 2. Standing four stories tall and offering 89 rooms, a full service bar and dedicated entertainment area for watching sports events, the new Mainstay Suites Extended Stay will be a welcome respite for busy travelers working the Bakken.

Management of the hotel will be handled by one of the Bakken’s leading hotel management groups, New Leaf Hospitality based in Watford City, ND. We feel confident in meeting the needs of a growing industry in a town that has seen impressive growth from surrounding drilling, shipping and refining activity. Tioga has in fact seen several new developments in 2013, including the Hess Refinery expansion, a brand new Cash Wise anchored Shopping Center, more than 400 apartment units, and a Cenex Truck stop close to the subject hotel, just to name a few.
